Safety Inspection includes:
Check the status of wheels
Check to see if the brakes work properly
Check to see if the brake pads have an appropriate surface level
Check to make sure the front fork is not loose
Standard Tune-Up

Standard Tune-Up includes:
General Cleaning of Bike
Adjust Hubs, Wheels Trued, Braking Surfaces Cleaned
Brake Pads/ Surfaces Cleaned
Cables and Housing flushed with Oil
Pivots on derailleurs & rim brakes flushed with Oil
Chain Lubricated
Headset and bottom bracket bearings adjusted as applicable
All barrel adjusters reset to their fully threaded in position
Check derailleur limits, adjust shifting
All fasteners torqued to proper spec.
